I was born in 1952, was raised by a World War II Marine, educated largely in Catholic schools and by Jesuits, before they became new-age fruit loops, and went to work at 14 washing dishes in an Italian restaurant in Buffalo. Those factors limited the poisonous impact of the 1960s on my character, although I was not shy about long hair, short of contempt for some authorities, or quiet about opposing the war in Vietnam.
The latter, I must say, was not based on any unrelenting opposition to war. I have none, because war does settle some important problems permanently. We became free, after all, because of a war, and, of course, General Washington. Now it seems that I have an almost genetic refusal to believe that there is a war that cannot be won militarily. Indeed, I believe, then and now, that the United States must win any war that it gets itself into, whether it’s a necessary war – a war of survival – or a needless war caused and then dabbled in until defeat by half-ass presidents like Clinton, the two Bushes, Obama, and their host of incompetent, politically correct generals.
Still, I am part of the generation that is now causing the accelerating decline and – more likely than not – the destruction of the American republic. How so? Most of my generation was coddled by their parents, and many males were largely neutered by being taught to be behave as if they are eternal dependents, to look toward the national government for support after their parents were gone, and to be obedient and neither self-reliant or questioning of authority.
Females of the generations were not neutered, but so many of them – especially in the media, in entertainment, in education, and, overwhelmingly, in politics — were reduced to eternally whining wretches wanting to attain some non-existent nirvana that allowed them to be both wives and mothers and tycoons of industry. And all of this was to be accomplished not with hard work, but rather with a zeal for extorting success by making many false accusations about their persecution by men, and then winning better jobs and more pay from those quaking and neutered male bastards. Most important, they demanded the right to be wildly promiscuous and then the right to be allowed to murder the unwanted issue of their indiscriminate, even frivilious dalliances. Looking for murderous Nazis? On this score, look directly at these women.
My generation is now beginning to peter out in so far as its participation in the public square is concerned, but some of that human refuse – especially among politicians and the economic elite — remain at many important helms. In the nation’s current situation, we can see the price of neutering males in all those supposedly tough and hard-nosed bankers, industrialists, stock traders, journalists, and technology giants running for the hills to save as much of their own money as they can. We see the administrators and senior professors of most of the nation’s elite universities sprinting for home, shutting down classes, and offering their anti-American indoctrination via the internet.
Apparently, no one told these paragons of vice, self-indulgence, and rank selfishness that their students are the sector of the population least at risk from the current virus – though the most at risk from their poisonous teaching — which fear-mongers among the political class, the elite, the media, and pro-Democrat, anti-Trump doctors are flogging for all their worth.
We also see, the Democratic Party at its most authentic, refusing to cooperate with the Trump Administration to staunch the economic and medical bleeding, damning its every action and ridiculing the president, and doing everything possible to portray the quintessentially stupid stiff Joe Biden as the leader America needs. In this scenario, what Americans need most is to make sure that the Bidens, Pelosi, Sanders, Schumer, the Clintons, Bloomberg, and the Obamas are infected with the flu, and then marooned to enjoy each other’s company until death does them part. It would be good to have the whole process filmed so Americans can be certain that these fanatical enemies-of-the-republic are well and truly dead and picked clean by buzzards.
To meet what appears to be a strong, not terribly lethal flu, the behavior and rhetoric of these cretins claim that Trump and his team are lying and hiding the advent of a plague. We have managed to turned the occasion into an economic and social disaster that rightly could be expected only from the onset of the genuine, long-lasting plague. In addition, the Democrats have used the flu to scare the population, to further divide the nation, to try to increase abortions, and to hide the dementia of a walking corpse called Biden. Instead of going about their lives as steady adults, a large number of Americans are reveling in panic, announcing predictions of doom, and – as in climate change – using a now-not-major threat to terrorize their own children. Of all American behaving in this manner, the country’s elites have behaved in the most disgraceful manner.
For most of the republic’s history, America’s elite provided a calming and steadying influence in times of economic distress, sickness, natural disaster, and war. In the latter case, they were usually among the first volunteers to step into harm’s way. They rightly took pride in so doing and believed it was the behavior that ought to be expected from the wealthy and otherwise privileged. Shame would have indelibly attached itself to those of the elite who ran and hid from trouble.
But the Clintons’ long ago killed shame in this country, and by so doing began to remake the trademarks of the country’s contemporary elite into greed for money and power, libertinism, illegal behavior, unnecessary wars, lust for infanticide, a two-tiered legal system, a seemingly unquenchable thirst for making all forms sexual deviancy the new normal, and a diabolical determination to destroy the republic and its Constitution. Without question, they are the long-term, deadly plague from which this country suffers.
